(c) as Partes tiveram prévio conhecimento de todas as Cláusulas e Condições que norteiam o presente Contrato, especialmente as de caráter trabalhista, sendo que todas as dúvidas porventura existentes foram previamente esclarecidas;

(d) a CONTRATADA reúne, antes mesmo da assinatura do presente Contrato, todas as condições técnicas, operacionais e econômicas para o fornecimento objeto do presente Contrato e se declara ciente dos riscos, expectativas e conveniências do negócio objeto deste instrumento, sendo que a(s) CONTRATANTE(S) não garante(m) faturamento, lucratividade ou rentabilidade do negócio ora contratado;

Resolvem as Partes celebrar o presente Contrato de Fornecimento, doravante denominado simplesmente como “Contrato”, de acordo com as cláusulas e condições adiante pactuadas.

(c) The Parties had previous knowledge of all the Terms and Conditions that govern this Agreement, especially those of labor, and any doubts which may exist have been previously clarified;

(d) The CONTRACTOR has, even before the signing of this Agreement, all the technical, operational and economic conditions to the provision of this Agreement and declared itself aware of the risks, expectations and convenience of the business purpose of this agreement, and the CONTRACTING PARTY/PARTIES does/do not guarantee sales, profitability, or rentability of the business now employed;

The Parties decide enter into this Supply Agreement, hereinafter referred to simply as "Contract" in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon later.
